She is often a guest speaker for different organizations on health and fitness. She visits elementary schools, middle schools, church groups, business groups, YMCA’s and others to speak and demonstrate. She is invited annually to the Orange County Juvenile Detention Center where she always enjoys sharing her love of fitness with the kids AND the guards!
She welcomes the opportunity to share her knowledge of health and fitness because she loves what she does! Kids relate to Ms. Lynn’s bubbly, outgoing personality and she knows how to get you Moving!
